Shipping & Returns FAQ's
What is the shipping fee for my order?
- All shipping fees are based on the weight of the total items purchased. The shipping fee is a standard $6 for items under 1.5lbs and $8 for items over 1.5lbs. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days once you've placed your order.
Do you offer FREE Local Pick Up?
- YES!! We now offer FREE local pickup at our storefront! Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email saying your order has been "Fulfilled" and ready for pickup!

- ***This may take up to 2 business days*** If you need your purchase by a certain date, please include that information in the comments of your order.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75!!
Do you offer Local Delivery?
- At the moment, we are not offering Delivery. However, we do have a free pickup option! Your package will be available for pickup on between 1-2 business days. (Typically by the next business day). Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a fulfillment email (saying it has been shipped but it's ready for pickup).
- Storefront location - 1607 W Republic Rd, Springfield, MO 65807. Open Tues-Fri 10-5pm and Saturday 10-4pm!
Not in love with your new items? Whether you shop in our truck or online, our hope is that you love your purchase from Bree’s. If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a return or exchange for a full refund!
What is your return policy?
- You will have 7 days to return your purchase. Online orders, the 7-day window starts once you’ve received your order. After 7 days, we will not be able to refund or exchange your item.
- For online orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing instructions.
- Once we’ve received your online return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt and approval of refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused, unwashed, with the tags still on and in the same condition you purchased it in.
- ALL sale/clearance items AND Jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED WITH STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Needing a different size? The best way to exchange an item for a different size is to purchase your new/exchanged item from breeslittlecloset.com. This way we can get the item to you before it goes out of stock!
- For online exchanges, please email us at email@example.com for mailing instructions.
- When we receive your exchanged item, we will fully refund you for the original purchase.
- If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be more than happy to assist you and make your return or exchange go smoothly for you!
- To ensure the longest life of your new purchases, PLEASE read all care tags carefully. Bree's Little Closet is not responsible for improper care. If you are still unsure, use the delicate cycle or hand wash your items and then lay them flat to dry.
- At the moment, any gift card purchased in the truck CANNOT be used online. If you have already purchased a gift card that you are wanting to use. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the back of your gift card and we will send you a code to use online for that specific amount.
- You can however purchase a gift card online! These online gift cards CANNOT be used in the truck at this time.
